  • Are your plugs sold individually or in pairs?

All of our plugs are sold as pairs, so the price you see listed is for two plugs. When in doubt, check the product description("sold as a pair")! If you then choose Quantity 1, you will receive the item as a pair, e.g., two plugs.


  • Does BJC offer wholesale?

If you're interested in purchasing from us in a wholesale capacity, please send an inquiry email to business@bodyjewelrycollection.com!


  • Do you take orders for custom-made products?

No, we don't give our customers a custom product temporarily. But if you have excellent designs suitable for mass production, contact us at business@bodyjewelrycollection.com to reach a cooperative intention.


  • Why does my jewelry look different than the pictures on the website?

The actual jewelry you receive may differ from the photos due to natural material variations, production lot, screen brightness, color temperature, and variations of your viewing device. We will do our best to minimize the color difference. As for the stone plugs and Opal stones, organic materials make everyone a little different in color, shade, veining, color concentration, appearance, and texture; it means what you ordered is unique!


  • Internally Threaded vs. Externally Threaded

Internal threading is gentler on new piercings or for more sensitive skins. It is less abrasive due to the ridges of the threads are hidden in the bars. External threading is more economically valued, and it is good for piercings that are fully healed.


Order Questions

  • I want to cancel/change my order(wrong address/size/quantity)

If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to modify or change your order before it gets shipped out. If you contact us within a few hours of ordering, changes or modifications shouldn't be a problem.

  • How long will it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 48 hours, depending on our order volume. As a small independent company, we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your understanding during the busy seasons.


  • Where is my order?

Most orders process within 48 hours. Shipping time differs from regions and shipping methods. For questions on shipping, please refer to the "shipping policy" section. Track the order, click Customer Service--Logistic Tracking.


  • Why my tracking information doesn't upgrade anymore?

For Economic shipping, international couriers usually cease the tracking information once the item arrives at the destination airport. It doesn't mean that the package has stopped moving.

  • What currency is your jewelry sold in?

All our jewelry is sold in USA dollars. 


  • Do you accept payment options of cash, invoice, installment, and afterpay?

None. We gladly accept PayPal, Apple Pay and major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and AME.


  • Can I still change the payment method after placing an order?

As long as your order has not yet been paid for, you can choose the payment method, with one exception: once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed to credit card payment. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to help you at support@bodyjewelrycollection.com.
